Chrono Dungeons Title Screen

This is the title screen I painted for Chrono Dungeons: a senior capstone game at Columbia College Chicago. The game is available for free on Itch.io and won the "Best Game" award at GameBIITes 2022.

I created an illustrated title screen for Chrono Dungeons as a means for it to stand out, as most of the other games from the class had simple title screens. Chrono Dungeons also lacks any direct storytelling, and as such the main character is without any form of personality throughout the game. By showing his reaction to the time crystal, I was able to convey how he felt in the moment he obtained it while foreshadowing the dangers that he will face as a result of taking it.
