For the CCC 2022 Capstone Game, Chrono Dungeons.
To best illustrate the game's story, I created these three illustrations to serve as the visuals for the game's first cutscene. These illustrations were later cut up and animated in Sony Vegas, which really brought them to life. These illustrations show the main character finding the rewind crystal, attempting to steal it, and getting caught. In the first two illustrations, I kept the viewer's focus in the middle and solely on the main character, but then for the final image I split the composition in half to symbolize the Chrono Lord taking over the "scene". The dramatic change in composition serves to portray how the situation is veering out of control for the main character as he is allowed to take up less and less of the screen.
